This article is spot on and in the meditation, you gave me my new favorite quote, "As you keep showing up, you start to discover that you do have what you need to meet the moment. You do have a heart with a capacity to open to all of it. When we put down the burden of needing to change anything, we see that we can handle everything." Thank you, Cara.

Absolutely. Privilege in a social justice sense, whatever that really means is really an accident of birth. Where, when, to whom, why. Babies don’t get to choose their parents, if they did the World might be very different, but would it be better or worse? That’s a question that requires a lot of thought, not that thought would change the outcome.

Thanks Cara, love your insights and thoughts.

Yes same for me - I wanted to say spot on too. This meditation really addresses my resistance to feelings and being present that I struggle with.

When resistance it is talked about it helps a lot for me to face it, and then be present with discomfort, because it is acknowledged.

Thank you so much Cara - I really find your meditations and writings helpful because you address these things so well.
